1. Refund Policy
You have the right to a refund within 14 days of payment for a premium subscription if you have not used premium features.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:
- Refund request submitted within 14 days of payment
- Premium features were not actively used
- Proof of payment provided
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send a request to support@familybudget.pro
- Specify the reason for refund and transaction number
- Await confirmation within 3 business days
- Funds will be returned within 14 business days
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- WayForPay
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew after the paid period ends. You can cancel automatic renewal in your account settings at any time.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will remain until the end of the paid period. No refunds for unused periods.
7. Taxes and Fees
All prices include applicable taxes. Additional bank fees may be applied by your bank.
